Custom made = no returns

Because everything we sell is custom-made, we are, unfortunately, not able to accept returns. To put it another way: All sales are final.

The exception: Of course, if something went wrong on our end, we will make it right! Just contact us to let us know if an item was misprinted, defective, damaged, or you received the incorrect item. (Please provide the order number, a brief description of the problem, and include a photo if possible.)

If something was misprinted, defective, damaged, or you received the incorrect item, we will work with our partner manufacturer to replace the item, or if that is not possible, we'll issue you a store credit or refund.

Please contact us within 14 days after receipt of the merchandise (and sooner is better so we can get a replacement on the way). Returns, where applicable, need to be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

CHECK THE SIZE

Please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles, so we provide sizing charts for the various items. (If you have questions about a product's sizing, please contact us before you order.)

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes, and can't accept returns for ordering errors.

ALSO KNOW

  1. The print on your item may vary slightly from the mockup image, as print placements can vary from order-to-order, or within an order.
  2. Prints may show minor acceptable flaws related to the nature of the printing method combined with the product material (for example, a shirt's fabric's fibers showing through the print).
  3. If you have received your shirt and smelled a vinegar-like scent when you opened it up, don't worry -- this is totally normal. What you're smelling is a little of the fixative agent used during the printing process -- used to help bond the ink to the fabric. The smell should go away after one wash.
  4. If you notice a little off-white/yellow stuff on my shirt, that is also residue of a fixative agent used during the printing process. The extra you see is not permanent, and should go away after one wash.

By ordering from us, you agree to accept these characteristics of printing.


Order changes & cancellations

If you need a change or to cancel an order, please email us immediately, and we will contact our manufacturing partner to see if we are able to stop the order. It may have already moved along too far in the process to cancel, but we will do our best to assist you.

Multiple shipments

Depending on the manufacturers of the specific products you order, you may receive several shipments from multiple locations.

Color matching

While we make every effort to present colors as true to life as possible, exact design colors are not guaranteed, as every computer screen and mobile device may display images differently, and printers may have minor variations.

Design colors may vary between fabric types — for example, a backpack and a t-shirt may not match perfectly.

 
Many of our designs are based on vintage or antique materials, and there may be minor flaws in the artwork and/or color inconsistencies, which is just a normal part of using these sources. We consider that a feature — a little bonus authenticity! — not a flaw. 

 

Please double-check your address

To make sure that your package is properly delivered and you get it within these time frames, please make sure your address is complete and correct. Use the official post office abbreviations and insert spaces properly. We cannot take responsibility for lost deliveries due to incorrect address information being provided.

Open with care

When you receive your package from us, please open it carefully to be sure you don't cut or tear the product inside. We cannot be responsible for any items damaged by opening your package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY: Duties/customs on orders outside the US

Orders being shipped outside of the United States are subject to import taxes, duties and related customs fees. Payment of these charges and/or taxes are your responsibility. The charges are paid to the government of the destination country, and are not controlled, charged or collected by us. (Selecting the gift wrap option at checkout will not prevent these fees from being charged.) For any issues regarding customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office.

If you refuse an order because of the fees/duties, the shipment may be destroyed, and cannot be refunded.

Please note: International shipping times are not guaranteed. Customs clearance can significantly delay the delivery of international orders, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Such delays are not reflected in our estimated shipping times, and are beyond our control. Please check with your local customs authorities ahead of time to make sure you understand your country's specific import requirements.
